Services for patients

How it works, in short

  • You book a GP, in your own language
  • For this you need a referral letter from your own GP, which contains a referral number, which you need when booking
  • Don't have a referral letter? Then you can still make use of a consultation via AlloMedics, but only once
  • The consultation takes place via a video call and is typically 30 minutes long. If a video call is not an option for the patient, a regular voice call is also possible.
  • After the consultations in your own language, your own GP will receive a report, with your permission
  • You can also request a consultation without insurance

Speak to a GP in your own language

When you come to a doctor with health questions, you prefer to speak in your own language. And it is best if your GP does the same. That is the basis for trust and understanding. Unfortunately this is not always possible. That's why AlloMedics exists.

At AlloMedics you can temporarily visit a general practitioner in your own language, via a video call. After a referral from your own GP, you can book a consultation online. At the AlloMedics GP you have 30 minutes per consultation and you can tell your story. On the basis of the information you have provided, together with the information received from your own GP, the AlloMedics GP will enter into a targeted conversation with you.

The video call can be made with a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone.

You have a referral

Has your own GP referred you to AlloMedics? Then you can make an appointment via our system.

You don't have a referral

It is possible that you do not yet have a referral letter from your own GP. You are then welcome to book a consultation once.

After that, we still need a referral letter. We do this because the care we provide is complementary to the care you receive from your own practitioners. We only know what exactly is going on with a referral from your own GP. This way the AlloMedics GP can provide you with the best support possible.
